DEĞİRMENLİK – KYRENIA ROAD CLOSED
Police have announced the closure of the road between Değirmenlik and Kyrenia after a “slippery substance” was spilled onto the road surface by a lorry near the Buffavento castle junction.
The road is closed in both directions between the Acapulco hotel junction in Çatalköy and the village of Değirmenlik. The cleanup operation is underway.
